Custom Homes is a locally owned and operated homebuilding company specializing in the construction of custom homes and large renovations in the Charleston, South Carolina area. Owner, Mac McGuire, started the company in 2005 after working for a large homebuilding company in Charleston. The goal of McGuire Custom Homes is to provide a home building experience that not only exceeds homeowners’ expectations in quality and craftsmanship, but that also provides homeowners with an unparalleled working relationship with their builder.
McGuire Custom Homes recognizes that a custom home should be designed around the homeowner, not only with regard to the physical attributes of the home but also with regard to the budget of each homeowner. A custom home should be just that - a home to meet every need and desire of the homeowner without sacrificing quality, and McGuire Custom Homes is focused and proven to accomplish just that.
